No this place is just As fun as great Wolf lodge but way cheaper! Plus you have to stay the night at great wolf you can't just go for a day! But with wings and waves a day is great
Great Wolf is better, for many reasons. But this place is fun too. We day trip for this, but vacation for great wolf. The 3 things that I am not fond of for this one is that the water slides are covered black holes when you are sliding. Where at great wolf you can,see where you are going. It's easier to get food at great wolf, as you just add it to your room band, and at wings and waves you have to go and battle grounds for your wallet. Wings also has a really weird thing, where the wave pool has innetubes and a movie on a huge screen. It distracts all the people in the wave pool.... Does not make a mother feel safe about her kiddo going in
You cant just go to Great Wolf Lodge for the day, the admission is only included in cost of a hotel room. Ive been to both, Great Wolf is a bit bigger and thus has more stuff, but Wings n Waves is a better day trip option. Id just call ahead and ask if they have any attractions that are down before going (the hot tub was not be working the day we went, and the water on the kids play structure was freezing!).

When you go to the great wolf lodge you have to spend the nite to be able to get into the water park. If it's a day trip you are looming for I would say do Wings and Waves!
Great Wolf Lodge is awesome, but do the math on a hotel room (required), traveling time and gas money, etc. Will your kids really have THAT much more fun at GWL than W&W? W&W might be good enough.
I have not been to great Wolf Lodge. This place is fun, has a nice food court, and wave pool
Given there's no option to do the day at great wolf, wings and waves makes more sense
