The store has nothing to do with that. Unfortunately state law restricts them from allowing the return of cannabis once it has left the store. Their hands are tied with the law. Don't buy that brand again.

Call the manufacturer for the product. They should be able to handle that.

Contact the company and tell them about it. Their the ones that can do anything about it, officially.
