There is no maximum age. Minimum is 10. If you're able to get around and don't mind getting hit. Have at it!
If you are taking about minimum age I believe that it is 10 but I am not 100% on that I think I have seen younger there but I could have been wrong. If you see asking maximum than I am 34 and often and have seen people at least my age of not older there.
I wouldn't let anyone under 12 go. But I think it's 10.
I don't think there is maximum age, but most people that play are 12-20. But theres always those dads that bring their sons and play with so as long as age isn't affecting your health i think you'll be fine.
