I cannot overemphasize how perfectly my purchase with Pacific Tractor & Implement transpired. Over 4 months of interactions, numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls, every interaction was productive and positive. Low supply and unpredictable deliveries from manufacturers are something that the dealer has no control over. Corey, my salesman, did everything he could to keep me informed and educated as to what we could expect. I won’t share specific details here so as to not put the dealership on the hook for favors in the future but I will say that this company is willing and able to work with you to solve your unique challenges. Do not hesitate to ask for help or guidance. They’ve probably heard it all before and can help. I’m going to wrap this up and give the best possible compliment I can from one adult to another here in early 2022 – after 4 months of regular interactions Corey Achziger of Pacific Tractor & Implement did not at any time utter a single line of BS. If he had answers, he shared them. If he didn’t have an answer in the moment, he stated as much. The prices he quoted me in mid-December are the prices we contracted at in late April. When it comes to making a major purchase this is where a dealership proves itself. If I am lucky enough to ever be in the market for another piece of Kubota construction equipment Corey will be the first person I call.

I had already decided on the Kubota track loader I wanted. After talking to and researching the few dealers in my local area I could not force myself to do business with them due to many poor repair service reviews. Honesty and a great service department mean more to me than the convenience of short distance to any dealer. I finally connected with Corey the sales manager at Pacific Tractor. He helped me line up the options I wanted and got the order off to the the factory. Everything was clear and I appreciate his assistance. There were some unavoidable shipping delays from the factory but Corey kept me updated and followed through to the finish.
