To apply for Regular Membership to DCPA, you must have: A valid New York State Pistol Permit or have the Authority of Office to possess firearms. Successfully completed an NRA Certified Safety course (the safety course must conform to the NRA Pistol Training manual) or have an NRA classification. Attend at least one monthly meeting (Usually held the last Friday of the month at 8 pm in the clubhouse). Have paid the required dues and initiation fees. Completed and signed the Membership Application.
