Love this bank! The bank manager is so nice and accommodating no matter WHAT! One of the banker Brianna is the nicest banker and I would recommend her for anyone! She is the best. Anyone and everyone is in good hands!

This will be about the bank experience. I was supposed to close on a mortgage today, I was already nervous to begin with. I go to the closing the banks attorney had no documents for closing and kept telling us we need another hour while I’m at the table waiting to sign. The bank didn’t even have the first time home buyers grant in the final closing cost. Then I was told from the sellers attorney I had to bring a bank check and my loan officer didn’t tell me I had to get that from the bank. I sat there for an hour waiting for them to send the closing documents just to say I will have to wait and do it another day. Very unprofessional bank officers who didn’t have any paperwork done on time and very dis functional were they had 6 different branches trying to get the documents done at the last minute. Plus I had to sell my current home to secure the new place and have to be out by the first of the month. The bank told the attorney that my interest rate was locked until the end of March but I have no place to go if the loan isn’t closed by the first of March me and my daughter will be homeless. I felt embarrassed sitting there in front of all the attorneys and seller because of the way the bank handled the whole situation be aware of trying to get a mortgage.

As we worked on an account for my daughter, the customer service staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Even assisting us, after the official close of the branch. I might think about opening an account myself at this branch in the near future.

I wanted to write a good review, but the experience has not been great. Manager gave me card to call and the automated phone system requires you spell full name to get anywhere then hangs up. Impossible to get through. And like the rest of the reviews, I find it nearly impossible to get to the bank during their limited hours unless I have a day off.

This branch needs to hire more staff. Twice I walked out, because I couldn't wait for a bank office. I went online and I got my questions answered.
