Do we need reservations to go? Someone said they only allow a certain amount of people in at a time and that's reasonable. How should I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online or call them. They do let a certain amount of people in under supervision, I loved it when I went though

Yes. You must have reservations. Cost to go into cat room is $10. They only allow 8 people in at a time on hourly appointments. There is a little observation room with tables if you just want to watch without going into cat room. No reservation needed for that.

During COVID, the cat lounge is by appointment only (according to the sign on their door).
