Terrible property management. I asked to see one of the units. The manager rattled off a phone number to call and told me I needed to go look at it before 5pm. I stated I work until 5pm and she just said okay and got off the phone. That number never answered so I wasn't able to set up an appointment to view anything. Then this morning I get a voicemail from them that they are removing the hold on the apartment because they never saw my application. Literally I don't even know what this woman is talking about. I never got to look at it. I wasn't given any directions on filling out an application and this agent straight up ignored me that I wasn't available. Truly avoid this place if you value respectful interactions. Not sure why I was treated so rudely.

This is a predatory leasing company. Never mind the non existent property management and the the top dollar charge for poor quality materials and low quality appliances that they have the audacity to try and say is luxury. When you move out, they make it easy and then hit you with a bunch of charges and threaten you with collections of you don’t pay. They try to make you pay for brand new carpet for minimal wear and tear just so they can say it has new carpet. Stay away!

My boyfriend and i had submitted our applications for an apartment with Bridgeview125. We were told that it takes about 24-48hrs to hear back if we got approved or denied. Well going on 3weeks and due to the lack of communication on their end, the entire process has been frustrating. You would think that because we paid the application fee and etc, they would be willing to communicate with us and let us know what is going on or any lose strings that they’ve come across. But no, they haven’t and if it wasn’t for me and constantly reaching out and asking for status, nothing but would have gotten done. And of course, once one task was completed, there was another lose string that needed attention. Oppose to informing all of the things that needed to be fixed or extra needed paper work, they wait til one thing is done. A bit frustrating don’t you think?
