Yes they open a Spirit of Halloween in the mall every year for the last 3 years at least. I saw them prepping it for 2019 the other day.. not open yet (July 24) but probably soon
I noticed a couple of days ago that there was a Halloween store inside the mall on the first floor. Came back in the morning on Halloween and noticed about 10 people waiting for the Halloween store to open because the entire store was have a huge blowout sale: 50% OFF of EVERYTHING in the ENTIRE STORE!
