I go because it's closest and it's really hard to get to other similar areas in the city. I really need to go back and get some photos to show you how bad it all is on this end near the water. I doubt that there are words I can harness to describe the mentally ill there and the squalor. This is a human tragedy that's happening in real time as we navigate the dystopian world of late capitalism. Sad ..sad. .... We need help for the mentally ill. They have always been ignored and just housed far away. I will return and get photos soon.

I have booked this hotel by seeing its rating, but we are very disappointed, we stayed for 4 days and they didn't bother to clean up the room for once, not even empty the dustbins. our toilet was chking when we complained they gave us plumber pump and asked us to clean that,washroom was stinking, toilet paper quality was really bad they should really improve, as we are also paying good amount to the hotel.. and breakfast had very limited options (cereal, some breads) and everyday it's gonna be same. Room was good in pictures when we booked but in reality room was pretty old. Not a good stay..

I first went to Home Depot at Jantzen Beach to pickup a few things for work. What a zoo! People running around like an earthquake was about to happen. I couldn't get anyone to answer simplest of question where the few things I wanted. Frustrated, I left and went to Lowe's at Hayden Meadows. What a difference my experience was. Polite employees and customers. The energy level was mellow and very helpful employees. Best of all, at least for me, Lowe's had better lumber. I found a board that was straight and not all cork screwed and filled with knots. A little pricey, but all lumber is these days.
