I would call Gartner's and ask if they have anything. They sell bones for bone broth, ect. Basically, call butchers. Especially, specialty butchers. Asain markets like Fubon on 82nd, Hung Phat at 82nd and Burnside, and Eastern European butchers might have what you're looking for as well.
