Hello! They do technically do walk ins but I highly recommend calling ahead. Especially if you're getting acrylics.
They have walk-Ins but they're also a popular spot so it's probably best to just call ahead and see.

Both. We made an appointment, but they did take some walk-ins while we were there. They also had to turn some people away because they were so busy with appointments/walk-ins, so I recommend making an appointment.
