I have been coming here for the last 2 years and this place is amazing! It is family owned , clean and super professional. Anyone who has ever had acrylic nails knows what a nightmare having them done can be if they are not done right. New Nails does a perfect job every time and my nails last between fills. I also get my pedicures done here and they go above and beyond to make it a spa like experience! I can’t recommend them enough and will continue to use them only!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Haley has been doing my nails since they opened about 7 years ago. I have never had an issue with broken nails or nails popping off. I love that they are appointment only, and actually keep their appointments. Other places you make appointments and it doesn’t seem to matter, you still end up waiting. I never have to wait, she’s always ready for me. Highly recommend, especially for acrylic nails.

I have been coming to New Nails in Lacey for over 5 years now. I live almost 30 minutes away and have decent nail shops closer to home, but the New Nail crew gives great service, is always super clean and sanitized, they never rush to fit more people in, and it’s always exactly what I need for my feet. I don’t normally get manicures because of my work, but the few I have gotten were excellent and exactly what I wanted. Hailey takes great care of my toes and feet that are always trapped in combat boots or gym shoes. I have an injury that required surgery and the girls and Jack took great care of me. Hailey always knows if I been gone too long, but she gets me back to brand new. I always feel like they care and want to do the best job for their customers.

This location is by far the best in the Lacey area. Their location is beautifully designed and comfortable. My wife swears by them! After having also visited I can attest to their amazing customer service, stellar workmanship, and beautiful location. My wife loves her awesome French manicure with her real nails looking so good it seems like a glue on!

I believe it was around 30-40$ for the best pedicure they offer. My wife and I both got them, she also got acrylics I think, ended up being about 100$. It was priced similarly to other places I've been, great experience, they took their time.

I suggest getting gel nails instead tho, they are basically the same, but hurt less and last longer.
Hello! They do technically do walk ins but I highly recommend calling ahead. Especially if you're getting acrylics.
