Can i bring old tires to the transfer station for recycling? and how about applinces and an old gas grill?

You can put5 to6 per load of garbage any metal items are free

The transfer station will accept up to five tires per visit as garbage only (so a fee applies); not recycle. Any appliance that is at least 85% metal, such as a stove, is acceptable in the metal recycle (no charge). Grills would qualify also. Dishwashers ok if not the ones with the plastic housing (remember 85% metal).
