5 min max. I usually call on the way down to the shuttle and waiting time is less.
My experience is a little different. Immediate shuttle to the airport and never waited more than 5 minutes at PDX. However I always fly during the week and perhaps weekends are more.
Pretty fast in their Parking Lot when you are flying out of town. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. Returning call as soon as you have your bags. I have had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to be picked up at the Airport. For what its worth competitors are not any faster.
Picks you up at your car as soon as you get your luggage out of the trunk. They're fast.
