I'm sure if you told them about it at the time they wouldn't have charged you.
Alot of my family was there on friday night. Our appetizers were delicious. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, it wasnt very good. I guess it all depends on who is cooking. Granted the place was sort of busy but it shouldnt take over an hour for meals to come out. Was told only one oven was on and it would take an hour for a joio's pizza. Really an hour. For the amount of ppl ordering food all ovens should of been on. I know about 5 ppl with us wanted pizza. But didnt want to wait an hour, but our food took that long anyways. Poor management friday night.
The girls were inexperienced with no training! I felt sorry for them... I'm asking you now to make good for the steak I was served? It looked like it came out of the freezer then cooked in the microwave, with some funky seasoning on it ? Also the NY strip steak was on special Saturday night and I was charged the everyday price 😕
Generally you only get reimbursed if you don't eat it and send it back. If you eat it that means it was ok and you accepted it as ok
