I visited in regards to a parking ticket. I was disappointed in the amount of time spent commenting on my rights and any options I might have (such as a court hearing, or appealing to the next level). I know they will say they "can't give legal advice", but they don't even try to help with non-legal advice. If you want to know who to talk to or how to get a hearing, they could at least politely explain who could help or why no one can. Instead, they seemed much more interested in getting rid of me.
