I saw article on Facebook about dog from s cal being in your care. She was pregnant , litter was 16 puppies. She was discovered to have heart worms. Could you point me to that article? I can’t find it again.

It wasn't a dog in the shelters care, the dog was from the Raymond area. They were sharing a post to let people know that if they have one of the puppies, to please bring it to the vet and get a heartworm test done.

I would suggest asking the humane society that question on Facebook. Provide any links or Information you have in the message. Local guides probably will not have that kind of information unfortunately.
