I'm sorry you were treated badly. I've never been treated rude there and have been going there for about 15 years.
If you complain about an employee they probably do get told about it. I feel for their cashiers. Running 2 customers at a time would probably get very tedious. Most of them seem focused on not making errors. I just try to encourage the cashiers that not all customers expect them to be ROBOTS, and thank them for the job they do there. It's a very fast paced production, especially during Holidays, and first of the month.
Odds are she did something wrong. When she didn't get the reaction she was aiming for she played the victim card.
Send corporate a email. Demand to be compensated w/an incentive such ad a gift card but address the time, date, name of person n the issues...probably your typical hater or racist. Get to it &get results but always back the concern w/facts! Dont let people get away w/such!
