I agree. Ive had more good than bad experiences. Today was a terrible one. I was TOLD by the cashier that i should always ask if its ok to get cash back before i hit the button saying i would like cash back. Then as i walked out she complained to the next people in line about me wanting cash back, loud enough for me and many others to hear.
The employees are allowed to voice their opinions, but are not trained to "project" their opinions, they are doing their jobs and are often very lighthearted and fun and kind.
I am appalled when I read some reviews of "horrible customer service"at the dollar tree stores!! There is no excuse for "ugly attitudes"coming from the employees that are being "paid"to do a job and to think it's alright to treat the customer in that manner is disgusting!!! Who's the boss and where are they when customers are waiting in line to be checked out?!?! The managers should be at a register with the other cashiers to get the customers taken care of and let them go on with there day/night!!
