Not only was I not satisfied with their customer service, I was suspicious when a larger dry cleaning order that was supposed to take a week was done in one day because they have too many items in the store (why someone would take an order when you don't have room to do it is beyond me). Not as thorough of a clean as I would like. Tried to tell me they “do what the tag says” after I specifically said I wanted two pieces dry cleaned. Upon receiving my somewhat clean items, I found they stabbed the ID ticked through a LEATHER tag permanently scarring the item. Came here on a recommendation, will be taking my dry cleaning services elsewhere. Not how you want to feel after you try to take good care of your things and spend the extra time and effort and money it takes to do so.

They ruined 3 pairs of my pants. Rather than react with anger, I handled myself with emotional intelligence and was hopeful to speak with the Owner and find a common (positive) solution. Instead, the owner blamed the "sunshine" for ruining my 3 pairs of pants. She is a liar. There are times in your life where you come across people who lack integrity. This is one of those times. I would give zero out of 5 stars, but the system requires a minimum of one star.

Staff does not wear masks nor do they enforce customers to wear them. Normally I would give this place 5 stars. Been coming here once a week for almost a year. But today was not good. The lady who opens never wears her mask unless you count around her neck, and she's doing other people's laundry! And then this guy is coughing all over the place and he's not wearing a mask either. I would ask that you enforce the mask rules for your employees and your customers for the health and safety of all. Thank you.
