Most of them. You should check with an employee and pay attention to the signs.
Never personally bought an animal from CC. However I see plenty of people playing with the critters. (Outside of they're nap time)

Yes you can. Just be sure to ask before petting most things. Not everthing is friendly and may require emploee assistance to hold.
