rtires on my truck are 245 70 r16 but my spare is 235 70 r16 if found out after i got a flat is this a big nono run that way i have the odball on the back

Oddball should be on the front. If it's a 4wd, replace it asap.

Yep, Dan Bailey is 100% correct. Put the oddball size on the front but if you have a 4wd get it replaced asap or you'll wreck your differential.

Yup. Forcing your differential to run at different speeds is bad.
