Its open all day like hallway,. Okay. Sheesh. Sun rise abd sunset are its technical times. The further most side is actually state property and. They dont mess around.. id advize not to stay to late. But. They're just asking dor trouble by not locking rhe gate.. and whats the fun in watching everyone drive on in. As you sit out on the street all Cause cause you know the rules
Yes. There is limited free open parking along beach to north and paid parking inside state park area.
Pretty sure its open on Federal holidays.
