Are they always this unprofessional and slow service? Terrible place

I've never had any problems there. Maybe a bit of a wait but not more than 20 min.

I've had only one issue, i waited 45 minutes for one pepperoni pizza, and ended with one free pizza that night, and 2 more on a date of my choice, and no i didn't have to choose right there

I've never had an issue there. They are a bit laid back attitude, but they are professional. As for the slow service they make each order when it was ordered except for the deal pizza.
