Phone calls are immediate. You can get one four hour social pass per week after a minimum of 6 weeks if you do everything exactly perfect up to that point (but it usually takes longer). Visiting hours are 1:00-4:30pm Saturday and Sunday and 6:00-8:30pm on Saturday. Visitors must be signed up by Friday night and the client must sign a ROI (release of information) for each guest.
