They definitely have upholstery fabric. But as the previous guide said, you should just go in. I don't know about velvet upholstery fabric specifically.
They may have but they don't carry name brands. Better to stop in and see what they have. They do have gorgeous rugs. Excellent quality rugs you won't find anywhere else.
