I don't know about the dumb part. But I think they slow because one, there often short of staff. Employees leave due to the slave wages. Then again I experienced the slow down as well, perhaps the workers are rebellious against the need for speed for 8 straight hours. Personally I want some form of speed but I see humans as spoiled rotten. I'm in line and a person starts yelling there coffee wasn't on time. Hello
There was plenty of people working. I work in the industry. It's TRUE the slave wage. But they just dont focus, and have attitude
