No No No ..... This surprise me ... I did purchasing from this store two weeks before on Friends & Family sales... One pair out of manys which I brought was bit tighter on me.I was in store today , I just wanted to exchange my pair of shoes with W ( 8.5 to 8.5 W) ... same model , same tag price , exactly same color... I just wanted size 8.5 to 8.5W .. I had valid receipt. The lady on billing asked 13$ more on exchange... I told her that the tag price is same, color is same, model is same...same size. it was just a exchange with my brand new tighter pair ( 8.5 to 8.5W). She said no... she need to charge 13$ more, if I want to exchange..otherwise I can keep the same pair. So no exchange for me..... I did come back with same pair.. becoz I didn't want to spend $13 more on this model of shoe. The logic she gave was beyond my comprehension. Sorry Nike .. you should not have done this ...
