The meat department does have a wide selection; I believe they have organic and grass-fed meat. The produce is very high quality and they have a large variety of organic fruits and vegetables. Check out the deli, too! Sandwiches, cured meats, lunch meat, entrees, pizza, fried chicken, etc.
As others have said, the meat and produce is great here. More $$, but you get what you pay for.
Yes they have grass fed beef from a couple different farms. Large selection of organic chicken as well. Good variety of organic produce but some items are expensive due to small quantities. They seem to be changing to a more sourcibl seafood selection as well. They stock many LOCAL items as well.
