Cash is the best. Always had trouble with debit cards there
If you can bring cash it's always king at this kind of event. Like everyone said you can hit up the ATM but there's always fees for those type of ATMs and a lot of people have card swipers but the cell service is spotty there because the town only have one tower when the crowd gets there things get slow. I find bringing cash helps to stick to a budget too.

Most people have a way to use your debit card....there are also ATM inside the venue as well
