Actually this is one of the best properties in Washington State!! Rooms are well kept. The staff is friendly.
Wow, I can't imagine, the staff was excellent and our room was super clean and they upgraded us for free because the nonsmoking room we got smelled smokey. Breakfast was great as well. If you've had a negative experience you should let them know so they can make it right. And your negativity is due to a remote control? And I never saw anyone there who spoke Spanish... They all spoke in English.
