Why is LJS closed at 10PMon a Sat. Night when website says they are open until 11PM? Also, closed at 9PM on Wed. Night?

Captain of store- Taco Bell is open 7am to 12am and LJS is open 9am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 9am to 10am on Friday and Saturday.
