I would like to acknowledge Whitney. I went through the drive thru. A part of my order was missing and I didn't realize until I was home. I called and got Whitney. Not only was she kind and apologetic, she offered to replace the entire meal, not just the one part that was missing. I thought this was kind as no one wants to eat cold fries or watered down drink. When I returned to the restaurant, there must've been good communication bc I said exactly what she told me to say and they were prepared for my return. They knew what I was having replaced and made it quick turn around. While it isn't fun to have items missing, when you are met with this kind of service, it's appreciated. We (people) are quick to complain and we should be as quick to compliment.

Throw Away

Girl at window was weird and loud, and kept telling me details of her personal life. She legit barked at my wife. As in like a dog. Leaving two extra stars because normally food is timely and restaurant is clean.

Man at cash register made up for the expensive, terrible tasting fish sandwich! This McDonald's is more expensive than my hometown McD's. The girl who handed me my order was Not friendly. The total order was thirty dollars and the amount and quality was definitely not worth it. I will bypass this McD's and chose another one.

Been going to this McDonald's for years I've been living in Bedford my whole life and I'm 30 the last two or three years every time I've been there and made an order to find out the order has been messed up every single time I don't even complain anymore I just take what I get I just ordered a daily double and a McChicken and I got a McChicken and a daily double with a chicken patty on it I mean come on how do you not get one single order correct in two or three years
