I work at the blue wave I would like to say thank u for the reviews.i was wondering what you the costumer think is our biggest thing we need to improve.we take pride in what we do and want your car to look even better than what it did coming in

I have cloth seats that have stains. I would pay extra for some kind of seat cleaning foam process. Otherwise, it's the best detail I've ever had! Those guys worked really hard so I would not expect more out of them unless I pay more. It's only reasonable right? For the price a customer gets more than they will anywhere else.

The customer service is great I'm no complainer I got what I pay for,keep up the great work peps.
