Our double Hung windows have a drain hole at each side of their bottom section.
They are filling with rainwater and overflowing inside the room.
What can be done?

Use compressed air, no more than 60psi, just blow out the drain holes. If it doesn't clear you have a hole new ballgame.

Maybe weep holes are plugged. Run a pipe cleaner, or similar down them to clean out.
