If car is being repaired with a used transmission at any Mazda dealer is the end result the same as you broaught the car? It's exactly what's going on here where I am? Total cost $3,600 for a used transmission and still has transmission problems.

I agree. Go talk to Scott. I've been taking my Mazda there for years and have always been treated great and never had a problem.
