we have walked our dogs here but I wouldn't take them if you plan to shop.
It was pretty crowded the day we went. I would not recommend taking them.
I dont think you can shop with a pet, but you can walk around with one. I have a service dog and he is welcomed there, but I have not seen other dogs in shop's.
O don't think pets are allowed in the shops.
