If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not take your dog to their “Pet Hotel”. We picked up our dogs after leaving them here for 3 days and both my dogs have been throwing up nonstop. They are refusing to eat and even play like they used to. They also tried charging us so much more than we were originally quoted and they kept increasing the price with every phone call we made. We made 4 phone calls and each time they informed me the dogs were doing well, that was a lie. Please save your money and avoid this place if you can.

I can't remember his name but it was a male associate that helped me find the food I needed and was able to tell me all about the other products I had questions about. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been having a frustrating day going to different pet stores not getting help or service and had pretty much given up finding the products I needed for my dogs allergies. He helped me out finding what shampoo works best for sensitive skin, showed me the different dog nanny cams and helped me decide which would be best for me, helped me find food and gave me information about the different brands, and was able to answer every question I had (and there were a lot) in an easy to understand way with a great attitude. This experience made my whole day and I will be returning to this store in the future due to it. 15/10 customer service. Way above and beyond my expectations!

Its a nice petsmart. Friendly, clean. They were putting stock away during a busy time. Hard to get around with everything in the way. Crew wasn't working as a team. Left one person to checkout costumers

I took my Great pyrenees to get the furminator treatment. When I picked her up I was so surprised how beautiful my baby was. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to anyone with a dog.
