Are there proper clean restrooms open in July. Is there shade in the picnic area ? I am planning for picnic and need picnic tables and shade. Thanks in advance!

Only in the shelters. And yes now they going to cleaner with new park host.

Yes, there are many restrooms and they tend to be very clean. There are a couple of very large covered picnic areas. If you are having a large group or event, I would recommend calling the Clark County Parks Department to reserve an area.
