So your customers can't use your bathroom 10 minutes before close? If so why is that? Written policy?

I know several of the stores I have been to clean and mop the bathroom just before closing time, so that they can get off at closing time. Once it is mopped, they need to let it dry, so they close the bathroom. And the chances of someone needing to use it just at closing time are slim, so you are one of very few people who have been inconvenienced by it, and it is even less likely that a customer will be inconvenienced by it, and then whine about it on Google Maps! But they got unlucky lol

I do not know or understand. I think it dependent upon persons mood.
