You can get in contact with the congregations that meet in the building by going to this website: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/maps/meetinghouses/lang=eng Type the address or city name in the search and click on the names of the congregations to find contact information or meeting times. The phone number that was disconnected just a hall phone.
Not sure why that phone number is no longer in sevice but, there is no one who "man's" an office at the church buildings where members meet each week to worship for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. Depending on your needs, contact the local bishop's phone number or get meeting schedule times via online searches at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.org by searching meeting house locations in Longview, Wa.
