If you're fleeing a DV situation go to a different county maybe they'll be helpful. The rules only apply to some people while others try to find some place to live before your time is up here and the advocates don't halp you but they sure are quick to and persistent about sending you to a shelter with men and they can't push you out the door fast enough.

Yes it's a women's support shelter beyond the ability to help with emergency shelter they also offer services from theapy to help with getting an emergency protective order.
