They will take all of those, however especially for dried water based paint and stain cans, empty cans can often be disposed of with normal garbage.
If the cans are empty and dried up then they are all regular garbage and are fine to go in your home garbage bin. The containers are not recyclable anywhere and since the containers are empty, they do not need to go to hazardous waste.
