Why are the cooks not wearing gloves when they are making the food. I sat in the back and the door to the kitchen was open and I watched a man making food touching all the food with bare hands. Not very good business.

I work in a restaurant and many cooks don’t wear gloves. They are constantly washing there hands and gloves are more of a barrier for protection for the cook rather than your food. Do you wear gloves when you cook?

They are not good about wearing maks some people there make rude comments about people that wear masks
