If you're rebuilding a steam locomotive, you'll want to get rid of the asbestos lagging. You don't want to mess with that stuff. Not sure exactly. You'll see where I'm going with this.
Howdy! If it's 2004 or older, you'll need asbestos testing paperwork.
Drywall definitely is. At one point there were texturing the walls with asbestos. If it's new drywall with no texture they will take it. I'm not sure about the insulation but I don't think that's on the naughty list.
