I lived in a permanent mobile home there in 1st & 2nd grade (early 70's). Then my grandparents bought the trailer, and lived in it until passing. Then my uncle took it over. He is in his mid-80's, and possibly one of the last permanent mobile home's there. That being said, I have seen a dozen or so permanent "wood cabin" structures in stalls at the front of the park. I do not know if those are "turn over" or for long-term rent.
