Self guide. You walk down, hang out down there until you want to walk back up.
You just go down the stairs to the bottom Hangout check it out stay as long as you want and then come back up then if you walk down the hill from the cave store you can interact with all the seals
It is not that deep...the stairs are little steep (and bitter slippery). It depends on how long you want to enjoy the crushing waves into the tunnel and enjoy the view of the ocean from the tunnel. It's a small place down there. You can see the pictures that I have posted on cave stores
145 stairs down. Its self guided so you can stay as long as you like.
