Towel and your butt.
They don't allow regular lawn chairs or chaises. Back height isn't as important as butt height so think low and go!
They rent chairs at the event
Kathy, the answer is yes, if the chair back is taller than a regular folding table, so appx. 32" or so, it is a no go. So, short back chairs, you are good to take in lawn. If you are taking extra circular activities, they search well, be careful. Have fun.
At the last concert I was at I believe they sold some there but there isn't actual seating in the lawn like the undercover areas have
