Like above and you don't need them inside the amphitheater as far as I know. Last time we went we were an hour before it was starting,was hour late and saw a extra band for another hour. Yes go a hour earlier don't cost any more any less
Chairs are subject to a size requirement. I believe no bigger than 28 inches when folded. Doors tend to open about an hour before the show. They give a detailed list of restrictions on their website.

Yes you can bring lawn chairs, blankets, and clear bags in. Doors usually open about 1hr before the event.
